Born at Sherman Hospital Elgin, IL on April 10, 1969.

December 1969

First sisters portrait of the three sisters. Peggy has had this picture in a frame on her wall for 38 years and it was so faded it would not scan correctly. We only had enough money at the time to purchase one shot so the one group shot was all she had. While putting together a life story DVD for family, we discovered slides of several different group shots & three individual poses for each sister which were in perfect condition because Peggy had forgotten all about them and they had never been taken out of the box. You see Peggy's hand in the group pic because little Lisa was afraid of the whole process. As you can see in the pics in the main album, she relaxed enough to start clowning ... even at 8 months old.

Lisa's first horseback ride. Cousin Jackie is holding Lisa on Rusty and sister Kris is on Spot. This is at Murphy Farm in Bedford, IA. There are those favorite cowgirl boots again ...

Lisa's first snowmobile trip - Fond Du Lac, WI. That's her in the caboose/sled with Sherri.

Augusti 1974

Lisa as Princess - we had a "circus" with family pets & neighborhood friends for our Grandpa & Grandma Murphy who came to visit us in Crystal Lake, IL. This was a big deal because we usually went to see them. Lisa is front and center.

1975

Lisa as "flower girl" at Aunt Nancy's wedding. She is front left.

Petting the "wild" bear in Wisconsin. Summer camping vacation.

Camping at Lake of Three Fires, Bedford, IA with cousins Billy & Jay.

1978

Becoming a Girl Scout - we all helped to sell the cookies.

1979

Lisa helping at Crystal Pines Nursing Home in Crystal Lake, IL. Peggy was Dietary Supervisor here, Kris was a Certified Nursing Assistant here and Sherri was a Dietary Aide here. Lisa came in to help and visit with patients and eventually became a Dietary Aide, as well.
